Sansome Street Advisors, Inc. is a San Francisco based real estate advisory firm experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning, leasing and finance.  The company was founded in 2007 by Rob Dumas and Pat Hubbard. 

Sansome Street Advisors specializes in acquiring office properties for equity investors, typically through off market deals with properties that are either value-add or underperforming.  SSA then repositions the asset to achieve maximum value either as a stabilized cash flow hold or as an institutional resale.
