After spending a combined 30 years in the San Francisco commercial real estate market, Robert Dumas and Patrick Hubbard founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007.   Rob and Pat's extensive commercial real estate advisory experience includes complex acquisitions, creative dispositions, unique renovations, leasing, repositioning, finance and underwriting.  SSA has provided real estate advisory services for a myriad of clients and investors including pension funds, opportunity funds, private investors and corporate users.


Robert Dumas

Rob was a co-founder of Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and co-manages the operation of the firm.  He directs all acquisition and disposition activities.  Prior to founding SSA, Rob served as a Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis from 1996-2007 completing more than $1 billion in investment sales.  From 1993-1996 he was an office leasing broker with SCA, Inc., a San Francisco brokerage company.  Rob received a BA from University of California, San Diego.  He is married with two children and resides in Mill Valley.


Patrick Hubbard

Pat was a co-founder of Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and co-manages the operation of the firm.  He directs all leasing staff and activities.  Prior to founding SSA, Pat served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and Transwestern Commercial Services.  Over the past 13 years Pat has participated in over 500 lease transactions.  Pat received a BA in history from the University of California, Berkeley.  He resides with his wife and daughter in San Francisco’s Marina District.
